About The Client

Jeff Wenninger is a nationally recognized law enforcement expert 30 year veteran of the LAPD. After years inside the system, Jeff turned his focus to improving police practices from the outside, specializing in use of force, crowd management, campus safety, and security operations. His work is grounded in one clear mission: to close the gap between policy and practice, reduce liability, strengthen public trust, and help communities move toward safer, more accountable policing.

The Challenge

Jeff Wenninger was writing a deeply personal book rooted in decades of frontline experience, exposing how law enforcement has changed and where it has failed to evolve. His larger mission was bigger than the book itself: to spark honest national conversations about inadequate training and the widening gap between leadership, policy, and real-world practice. To do that, he needed more than a manuscript. He needed a credible, authoritative personal brand that could carry a serious message onto speaking stages, podcasts, and national media, supported by thoughtful book design, coordinated marketing, and speaking materials that matched the integrity of the topic.

The Outcome

We built a clear, credible personal brand for Jeff that communicates his expertise, lived experience, and educational mission with authority and intention. This included a complete visual identity, strategic messaging, and a website designed to position him confidently for national visibility, along with the development and trademarking of Reimagine Policing, which became a unifying thread across his brand, book, and platform. I also designed his book and created cohesive promotional and speaking materials to support podcast appearances, media interviews, and expert panels. His book and training message has been adopted into select training curricula, and has helped establish him as a regular contributor on nationally syndicated podcasts.

“Rachel came highly recommended and from our very first meeting it was clear she had the knowledge and expertise to maximize both my personal and business potential. Every phase of the process was clearly explained, and she was incredibly easy to work with while always guiding me toward the strongest outcome.”
