The Challenge
As an experienced clinical research professional, the founder of ClinEssentials, Tiffany Ashton, saw two clear problems: daily work for clinical research professionals was inefficient, and critical roles lacked standardized and comprehensive training. She was determined to create products that save time, streamline processes, and support real work–life balance. She also wanted to create courses that truly prepared professionals to step confidently into key roles, reducing turnover and helping clinical trials run more smoothly and effectively. She needed clear strategies for accomplishing these goals and a brand that could adapt and grow into multiple offerings and services with a long-term growth plan.
The Outcome
We crafted a bold brand identity that elevated the individuals who make clinical trials run, in an industry often dominated by large research organizations. We personalized ClinEssentials with educational, industry-relevant messaging delivered in a conversational tone that directly addressed the real pain points professionals face. We designed both physical and digital products that gave back hours each month with more efficient auditing, built a website that served individual professionals and the organizations that hire them, and created a comprehensive online presence offering education, career guidance, and a true sense of community. Role-specific branding, courses, and funnel content now allow clinical research professionals to easily engage with ClinEssentials at every stage of their career, from entry-level roles to trial leadership.
